Flower Preparation and Delivery

It is essential that your fresh flowers and bouquets are delivered to us as soon as possible after your special occasion. The fresher the flowers, the better they will freeze dry. For best results, we should receive your flowers within 1 to 3 days after the event. Preserving your flowers requires good planning. Please call 770-206-0331 to set up a time to bring your flowers to us, or to utilize our Pick-Up service.
 
 

 

Flower Storage After the Event

  1. Do not let your flowers freeze! Do not place them in the freezer! Place flowers in the refrigerator to keep them crisp and cool until you drop them off at FBI.
     
  2. If flowers or bouquets are on long stems, cut ½ inch off the bottom of the stems, and place them in a vase of water.
     
  3. If the flowers stems are inserted into green floral foam, moisten the foam oasis with water.
     
  4. Store the flowers in a refrigerator until the fresh flowers are delivered or shipped. 

 

Flower Delivery Options:

A. You Deliver Your Fresh Flowers to Forever Bloomz Inc

  1. Call us to make a delivery appointment. We would prefer to receive your flowers 1 to 2 days after the event.
     
  2. If you, a family member, or friend will be delivering the flowers, they will need to complete the Information Form and the Terms and Conditions Form upon arrival and have the deposit available at that time.
     
  3. Wedding Bouquets:  
    a) A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required when wedding flowers are delivered to us. 

    b) You must make an appointment within 30 days after the flowers have been delivered to us, to select your display. Full payment is due at the time of display selection.
     
  4. Other Event Fresh Flowers
    c) When your fresh flowers are brought in, you will need to select your display at the time. A deposit is required at this time.
 

B. Pick Up Service

Forever Bloomz Inc pick-up service is available at a small additional cost.

Call (770) 206 0331 or email memories@foreverbloomz.com 2-4 weeks prior to your event, to confirm that you are in our service area.

The following information is necessary for our pick-up service:

  1. Name of business where the flowers are to be picked up
  2. Address

We will bring the paperwork with us to start the process and set an appointment for you to come into our office and finalize the arrangements. Payment for the pickup service and the arrangements will be rendered at the time of pickup.
